Navigando in rete ho trovato questa tabella che ci mostra come poter sostituire i malti quando il negozio o il sito web dove noralmente acquistiamo non hanno ciò che vorremmo. Ovviamente ci possono essere delle minime differenze fra i malti corrispondenti ma, sostanzialmente, questi malti vengono prodotti con procedimenti simili tali da rendere tali differenze così minime.
Alcuni di questi produttori non vengono neppure commercializzati in Italia, ma per chi acquista da siti esteri può essere interessante averli a portata di vista.
